I enjoyed exploring the vibrant area filled with charming shops and a variety of restaurants, with my favorites like Agostino's Pizza just a few steps away, and the Mae's Park being less than two kilometers for a delightful stroll; the hotel also featured a clean environment and a great breakfast each morning, but the condition of the room could definitely use some attention, especially with issues like the temperamental door lock and the indoor pool being closed for repairs.

The reception crew is super friendly and makes you feel at home. The dining staff is amazing, and the location is awesome - close to everything you need.

The large room layout is a plus, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The pool was closed. Found some cleanliness issues in the room, like stains on the carpet. Staff was friendly when I checked in.

The front desk staff greeted me with smiles and warmth! The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, with so many delicious options to choose from. I loved lounging by the swimming pool after a long day, soaking up the sun and enjoying the chill vibes.

The room temperature was comfortable, and the beds felt cozy, providing a decent night's sleep. the overall cleanliness left much to be desired; there were bugs in the room and a lingering odor that was hard to ignore. The mattress was lumpy and noisy, which detracted from the comfort. Plenty of towels were provided, but having to carry dirty ones to the front desk was inconvenient and unusual. The ambiance around the property was nice and quiet, a welcome escape from the city's hustle. Maintenance seemed responsive, but issues in the rooms need urgent attention.

The heating and air conditioning worked well, keeping us comfortable throughout the day and night. As for amenities, it would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. We love our morning cup of coffee, so that was a bit of a missed opportunity. The sitting area was cozy, but the garden furniture could use some updating. The sink and free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but we did notice that the shower could use some maintenance. The am/fm alarm clock was handy for waking up on time, and the flat-screen TV was a nice addition for entertainment. One thing we noticed was that the carpeted floor seemed a bit worn and could benefit from a deep cleaning. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent during our stay, and we found that our room was not always properly cleaned and maintained. our experience had its ups and downs.

I've stayed here several times, but this visit was disappointing. The location is excellent—quick access to shops and food. The breakfast selection met basic needs. the property itself shows wear. I encountered roaches, a closed pool due to health issues, and my room had a moldy smell. The shower drained poorly, and there were dirty carpet stains. While the staff was friendly, their response to our leaking window was insufficient. I felt misled about the pool status, especially after a 13-hour drive. This isn't the quality expected for the price. I may consider other options on my next trip.

My friends and I had a blast catching up on our favorite HBO shows on the 39-inch HDTV in the cozy room. Plus, we got to see some wild animals at the nearby park – lions, tigers, and even boa constrictors!
It would've been even more awesome if there was a cool rooftop bar or a DJ playing some sick beats for us young party animals to dance the night away! .

The building looks nice from the outside. Location is ideal, with Target and food options close by, but walking at night felt unsafe. The lobby is beautiful, and staff were super friendly, even switching our room when the air conditioning failed. the cleanliness was a big letdown—dirty carpets, cockroaches, and broken amenities. The pool's been closed for over a year with no clear answers. I was disappointed to find only a single, slow elevator, and having to retrieve my dirty towels for new ones was frustrating. This place has seen better days.

I just had the worst experience at a hotel! The front desk staff was incredibly rude, the pool was closed without notice, and our room reeked of stale sweat. I can't believe I was charged $180 for a place like that!

They got up close with over 100 animals like lions and tigers, making it a memorable family experience.
My wife says that more outdoor playgrounds would add to the family fun.

i booked at the last minute on friday, arrived about 10pm, checked in. notice that no one was wearing mask. the bed was very comfy and good arrangement of furniture with enough space to move around. wanted to feel secure and had no problem with that. appreciated desk being staffed all night.
